Introducing Rizwan and Irfan Farooq
Rizwan and Irfan Farooq are brothers who have partnered up to launch their A Better Solution In Home Care location in the Twin Cities area, where they both live.
Rizwan was born in Lahore, Pakistan and moved to America at a very young age. In the late 80’s, Rizwan first landed in Rochester, MN and, after finishing his college education, moved up to the Twin Cities in 2000, where he currently lives with his wife and two children. Rizwan has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Master’s of Software Systems. Rizwan has worked in leadership roles for the past 20 years. Rizwan’s strengths include strong leadership qualities and exceptional communication and presentation skills. Rizwan has the ability to build strong teams through proper training, support and meeting team needs.
Irfan was born in Karachi, Pakistan and has also called the Twin Cities area home since the early 2000s, where he currently lives with his wife and daughter. Irfan has a Computer Science degree from Minnesota State University Mankato and is passionate about solving problems and helping customers. Irfan’s strengths include understanding customer data and being able to lead a team effectively. Irfan loves helping clients meet their personal goals.
Homecare is an important part of Rizwan and Irfan’s values and culture that they were brought up with. They both believe that it is important to take care of elders and help the community. In addition, they deeply believe that it is important to provide quality service to seniors and give them the opportunity to be comfortable. Rizwan and Irfan are also passionate about providing job opportunities for hard working and compassionate caregivers in the Twin Cities communities in which they live and serve.
