Introducing Debbie & Charlie Redmond

We are Debbie and Charlie Redmond. We are both Colorado natives and both the youngest of 8 kids. We met and married during our 30-year careers in Oil and Gas, Debbie as a Project Manager and Charlie as an Operations Manager. As our parents aged, we both gained valuable experience of Senior Care from a consumer’s perspective. Debbie’s dad had multiple strokes and was unable to care for himself, while Charlie’s mom had Alzheimer’s. After experiencing the inconsistency and less than desirable options we had for care, we became excited about the opportunity to help people stay safely in their homes as long as possible, with the care and attention they need to assist them and their families.

We chose A Better Solution because ABS’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Service and Compassion are in line with our own and they reflect the way that we do business. ABS is a client-oriented organization, with an excellent care management system and a successful business with over 20 years of experience in the home care industry. The entire team including the CEO and President are very supportive and knowledgeable in home care.

Our approach is simple: by hand selecting our caregivers and empowering and inspiring them to provide the highest quality, client centered care, we care for each client as if they were our own loved one.
